Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping Policy

Domestic orders to continental U.S. addresses typically ship within 24 hours.

While we try to ensure that all items are available, there are occasions when some items may be temporarily out of stock. You will be notified if an item is unavailable, as well as the expected shipdate.

All domestic shipments include a Packing Slip as opposed to an Invoice, so no pricing information is included with your order.

DHL is our preferred carrier and is used for all shipments, other than US PO Boxes and APO/FPO's.

Our standard delivery is DHL Ground service for customers within the continental United States. Delivery time will range from 1 to 6 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If you are requesting delivery to any of the following:

U.S. PO Box - These shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail. Normal transit time ranges from 2-10 days.

APO/FPO - These shipments are made via the US Post Office and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times vary depending on destination but can take up to 8 weeks.

Alaska or Hawaii -

International address:
-- International orders typically ship within 72 hours.
-- International shipments include an invoice complete with your total purchase price.
-- International shipments are made via DHL International Air.
-- Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
-- Any local duties, tariffs and/or taxes due upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser for ALL international shipments

If you require Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipments within the continental U.S., please contact us at to obtain the appropriate shipping charges. While at this time, our online store does not offer options for these services, they are available by contacting us. Once you have been informed in writing via email of the appropriate shipping charges for your selected service, we will ask you to place your order using the standard Flat Rate as listed in the online store. After placing your order, we will add the appropriate shipping charges with your written approval received via email or fax.

2nd Day Air service is available to all 50 states plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via DHL. All express shipments are guaranteed to ship the same or next business day.

Next Day Air service is available via DHL for urgent shipments.

Next Day orders must be received before 3PM Central Time for same day shipping.

When completing the order form please be sure that all the shipping information provided is accurate and contains all apartment or suite numbers, if applicable. Address correction charges will be applied if necessary.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirming email. When the order ships, you will be notified by email, which will include the shipper's tracking information.

Our Return Policy

Please feel free to return any product purchased from Classic Family Entertainment (CFE) for any reason, within 30-days of purchase.

CFE can only accept returns on items which are in their original unopened condition. Original unopened condition means the items cannot have had their original packaging opened or removed (including components) and all parts must be in the same condition as when they were received.

All unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund of the full purchase price, less original shipping charges.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective merchandise or CFE error.

At the discretion of CFE, games not in their original unopened condition may be authorized for return with a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or other document indicating the order number and purchaser's name.

How to Return Product

- Contact our Customer Care team by e-mail us at to obtain return instructions.

- Please download the Printable Return Form. Fill in the required information and include it with your returned item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

- Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return. You are responsible for damage in return transit.

Our Refund Policy

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of CFE receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the full purchase price of the item minus original shipping costs. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail.

CFE can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of defective merchandise of CFE error.

Product Damaged in Transit

If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening, you find damaged product, contact us by e-mail at . Please retain all of the original packing materials.

DAMAGE: If items are damaged, or you suspect damage, it must be documented with the delivery company, BEFORE YOU SIGN accepting delivery. Note your concerns on the delivery slip BEFORE YOU SIGN accepting delivery, insist the package be opened for inspection and if the driver refuses, write it down on his delivery slip and get a copy - or refuse delivery.

On all such damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify us by e-mail at within 3 business days of receipt.

Sales Tax

Classic Family Entertainment is required to charge state sales tax on purchases shipped to Wisconsin.
